FULFILLMENT, REFUND, and CANCELLATION POLICY

Fulfillment Policy

At Generational Marketer, we are committed to delivering high-quality marketing services tailored to the specific needs of our clients. Upon receiving the initial invoice payment, we commence work on the agreed-upon scope and project. Our team is dedicated to ensuring that all deliverables are met within the stipulated timelines and to the satisfaction of our clients.

Refund Policy

Please note that we do not offer refunds once the initial invoice payment has been received. This payment binds the agreed-upon scope of work and contract together. The payment covers the initial planning, strategizing, and commencement of the project, which involves significant resource allocation and time commitment from our team.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may change, and clients might need to cancel a project. To accommodate such situations, we allow for cancellations under the following conditions:

  1. Cancellation Period: Clients may cancel the project within the first 7 days of making the initial invoice payment.

  2. Cancellation Request: To cancel a project, clients must submit a written cancellation request via email to their assigned project manager or to jason.crandell@generationalmarketer.com within the 7-day period.

  3. Scope of Cancellation: Upon receiving a valid cancellation request within the specified period, we will cease all work related to the project. No further charges will be incurred beyond the initial payment.

Additional Details

  • Changes to Scope of Work: If clients wish to modify the scope of work after the initial agreement, such changes will be subject to a new agreement and may incur additional costs. Any changes requested after the initial invoice payment will be considered as a new project or an amendment to the existing contract.

  • Communication: Clear and timely communication is essential for the success of our projects. Clients are encouraged to stay in regular contact with their project manager to ensure that the project progresses smoothly and meets their expectations.

  • Dispute Resolution: In the unlikely event of a dispute, we encourage clients to reach out to us directly to resolve any issues. We are committed to finding an amicable solution that aligns with the interests of both parties.
